Our guarantee means that all of our puppies come from reputable sources and have been thoroughly checked by licensed veterinarians to ensure they have optimal health. All puppies are guaranteed to be free from any infectious diseases at the time of purchase. In the unlikely event that your puppy is not healthy, we will either replace the puppy or refund the purchase price. We will also replace or refund in the event that your puppy passes away due to congenital or hereditary defects within the first year of ownership. If your puppy accidentally escapes or is stolen within the first 14 days after purchase, we will reimburse you for the full purchase price up to a maximum of $500. In addition, we offer a one-year health guarantee on all puppies purchased from us, which means that if your puppy contracts a communicable disease or other illness covered by our policy, we’ll cover the cost of treatment. Lastly, your puppy’s health is also protected with a one-year dental protection for the first year of ownership. If your puppy’s teeth become damaged by excessive chewing or other dental issue, we will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged teeth, up to a maximum of $1000.
